Description A Conifer plantation containing the largest known heronry in Dyfed, and one of the largest in Wales. The total number of pairs using the site varies from year to year, but the figure is in the region of 45-50. This is 7-10% of the Welsh population of heron, which is believed to be 500-700 pairs.
