Description

Description Primarily an ash-oak deciduous woodland with secondary elm which has suffered badly from the ravages of Dutch Elm disease. A rich calcicolous ground flora underlies the canopy and shrub layers of the woodland and is notable for its large population of Daffodils Narcissus pseudonarcissus. Remarks: A Wildlife Trust Reserve.
