Description

Description A mixed woodland of ash, oak, wych elm and small-leaved lime overlying Carboniferous Limestone. The rare Ley's whitebeam grows on a small escarpment within the wood. Remarks: Within the Brecon Beacons National Park. A Forest Nature Reserve managed by agreement with the Forestry Commission.
